How to use
- Add your photo and a photo of your signature.
- Optionally type your name and pick the date. They are printed under the signature.
- Choose the output width, photo shape and the KB range your form allows.
- Download the combined JPG.
Layout used
The photo fills the full width at the shape you choose (passport 3.5 × 4.5 by default), then a small gap, then the cleaned signature centred and scaled to fit, then the name and date in clear text. The background is pure white, which compresses well and looks clean when printed on the admit card.
Frequently asked questions
Which forms need photo and signature in one image?
Some state recruitment boards, university admission forms and scholarship portals ask for a single image with the photo on top and the signature below, sometimes with the name and date of the photograph. Always follow the format in your own notification.
Is the signature cleaned automatically?
Yes, by default. NeoKit turns the signature background pure white and crops it before placing it under your photo. Untick the option to use the signature photo as it is.
Can I set an exact size like 20–50 KB?
Yes. Set Min KB and Max KB and the combined image is encoded to fit inside that range.
